ABSTRACT
IT SMK Bina Citra Informatika (Bintra) was founded in 2013, is an educational institution that is in Banyumas. As one of the educational institutions that are new IT SMK Bintra growing quite rapidly. However, do not apply SI / IT optimally in business processes and yet it has a portfolio of strategic planning of information systems. So that in view of the need to create a strategic information systems, in order to give a competitive advantage in business. Strategic planning of information systems is a key before implementing information systems and information technology company. Proper strategic planning can support planning and business development company. Forms strategic planning of information systems that will be discussed, in this study using a methodology Ward and Peppard with tools PEST analysis method, Five Forces Model, SWOT, Value Chain, and methods of analysis McFarlan Strategic Grid. The results of this analysis defines the strategic planning of information systems in the form of business strategy information systems, information systems management strategy and information technology, information systems strategy, recommendation of information systems, applications will come and implementas plan.
