ABSTRACT

PT.Sinar Mahasurya Electrindo in business processes often lead to loss of corporate knowledge that the ineffectiveness of the company's performance and therefore in need of a system that can meet the needs. The purpose of this study is Designing Applications Knowledge Management System so that the knowledge that the company could facilitate the company to manage and convert their existing knowledge, thereby reducing the possibility of loss of corporate knowledge assets. Research methods in this study included several stages of Phase Identify the problem, Model Knowledge Management Nonaka, Draft Recommendation Application. Results generated are KMS application design WEB application form can be concluded that the Knowledge Management System Designing knowledge of a company could facilitate the company to manage and convert their existing knowledge, thereby reducing the possibility of loss of corporate knowledge assets.
