ABSTRAK
Smk Bina Teknologi Purwokerto, still in progress Library management still using manual system, at which time the new member regrisration as well as at the time of borowing and returning books are still recorded in the ledger, and the search process conducted by members of the books is still using manual system, and the lack of information technology systems, The purpose of this research is to make the library information system based on “Website” using the barcode scanner in Smk Bina Teknologi Purwokerto, The Method used in this study using by the method of data collection are Interviews Observation and Documentation, and the development of system using the “waterfall’’, using the tools of system design in the form of DFD and ERD. The result of this research is that the test is carried out properly and in accordance with the expected result, therefore, it can be sure the Library information system based on the “Website” using the barcode system is in conformity with the functionality specified in the design and implementation.
