ABSTRACT

village head's office Jipang is a government agency that handles all resident data in rural villages throughout the region Jipang who has information of data - demographic which needed by the population. Now, village head's office handles all the population data by hand to handle all the information needs of the population so that the stored data is not computerized it is becoming difficult to find data quickly when needed. the purpose of this paper is to create web based census population, which make the village official easier to recording information, data processing and can solving the problem ,the methodology that used is interview, observation and book study . meanwhile, system development methods used to build this application is Waterfall. Waterfall has 4 phases, there are analysis, design, coding, and testing. for making this application the author use the PHP programming language and MySQL as its database storage. the result is the author create a system a web-based population census in the jipang village, so that make it easier for data collection process and the making of letter.
