ABSTRACT

Presence conducted in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Purwokerto using manual systems that employees do by writing in the attendance list. The manual process, have problems such as a book is damaged or lost, data manipulation and some employees who ignore or forget to fill the book Presence. Presence with manual system so that it can be said to be less effective in terms of time and energy because perekapannya process takes a long time. Based on this problem researchers want to create a solution to overcome these problems by building a presence system using fingerprint teachers and employees. This study aimed to evaluate by looking at attendance rates and the level of discipline teachers and employees. Presence is a presence with regard to their duties and obligations. An employee's absence will affect the productivity of labor, so the agency or agencies can not achieve the goal of optimally. To measure the high and low employee morale can be measured through the elements morale include: presence (attendance rate), work discipline, teamwork and responsibility. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews, literature, documentation. Waterfall SDLC models (Waterfall) and its stages starting from analysis, design, coding, testing. Results of this research is the Teacher and Employee Presence System Using Fingerprint in SMP Muahammadiyah 2 Purwokerto.
