SISTEM INFORMASI PENYEWAAN MOBIL PADA HARIYANTO SEWA MOBIL

ABSTRACT

Hariyanto Sewa Mobil is a renting transportation service provider in Banyumas. Cars encoding system and renting transaction in this car renting are still writting. The data is saved in a book so that it is troubled to be lost, torn, or tucked. This study aims to result an information system to proceed the renting data, car renting, car restitution, and renting report in Hariyanto Sewa Mobil, especially in renting process and promo status information giving by using short message service gateway.
This system was designed by using waterfall research method. Meanwhile, the program language used was visual studio 2013 and database SQL Server 2008. The data were collected using observation, interview, and literature review.
The result of this study was an information system of car renting which includes the management of renting data, car data, and car restitution. Besides, the administrator and the car tenant are be able to know the discount promo. In conclusion, this information system can handle the problems in Hariyanto Sewa Mobil.
