ABTRACTS

This study titled Birth Certificate Registration Information System WebBased. The purpose of this study is to design an information system of registration
of birth certificates in the Department of Population and Civil Registration. Data
collection method used is observation, literature study, interviews and
questionnaires. The system development method used is the development of SDLC
(System Development Life Cycle) type of Extreme Programming (XP). Results of
this research is a system called the birth certificate of registration information
based website as a supporter or an alternative pad of Population and Civil
Registration in improving public services as executor duty of the state in the
administration of the population, especially the birth certificate service.
