ABSTRACT

Boss Laundry is a type of business sectors that offer services in a modern
washing clothes. In the information systems activities are still going on Boss
Laundry still using manual systems, lack of information to customers about the
status of the laundry and the laundry business had branches but can not be
controlled. The aim of this study was to design and build information systems
services laundry services on Boss Laundry Purwokerto in the process payment
transactions, transactions take the laundry, print notes and print reports transaction
data per period, making information SMS Gateway as means of notification to the
customer Boss Laundry and finally create an information system that can connect
and control the course of the laundry business with Client server. Development
system used in this study using research methods Waterfall. Results of this research is
to make laundry transaction processing application using SMS Gateway and Client
Server in Boss laundry
