ABSTRACT

Children with Special Needs ( IMR ) is a child who has the ability under normal children because of delays and disruption in their development and thus require special handling , and children with special needs as it is within Extraordinary School ( SLB ) . The State SDLB Kroya are obstacles in teaching Natural Sciences ( IPA ) , especially for students with hearing impairment , therefore the researchers took the initiative to design and create educational games as a means of learning and play in learning science . This educational game created using Adobe Flash CS6 software . Researchers hope that this educational game can help in the learning process in SDLB Kroya.
