ABSTRACTS

During this time, in Modies Campus Purwokerto there is no record of inventory, it is certainly difficult for the Modies Campus customers asking if there are items to be purchased, the employee must check into the warehouse first. In addition, data security is less assured because the transaction recording is only done on a memorandum of payment only. Therefore we need a solution to improve efficiency and effectiveness in data processing sales and purchases in Modies Campus Purwokerto. The aim of this study is to establish an information system sales in Modies Campus Purwokerto based on client server. Sales information system is designed using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2012 and MySQL. The depiction of the process of using DFD (Data Flow Diagram), and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). Methods of data collection using observation, interview, and literature study. While the method of system development using Prototype. This research resulted in the sale of information systems based on client server to Modies Campus Purwokerto.
