ABSTRACTS

The development of the movie business when this is especially animated film with the technique of motion produced graphic to combine various elements such as the idea, view of life, beauty, norm, mannerisms human behavior and the advancement of technology. Motion Graphics not only become an entertainment, can become mass media communication that carry the message that contains important ideas that are presented to society in the form of a spectacle of education. A method of the development of a system of using a waterfall according to M. Suyanto in which there are three stages in producing a multimedia system especially animated 2 dimensions. Results from the making of “Motion Graphic 2 Dimensi Pengelolaan Bank Sampah di BLH Kabupaten Banyumas” whose contents invite community circles to learn responsibility in maintaining environmental preservation management begins from household waste.
