ABSTRACT

This study titled Selection Decision Support System Acceptance Students New Method Using Simple Additive Weighting. The purpose of this research is to apply the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to build a decision support system applications Selection admission of new students at SMK YAPEK Gombong, minimize mistakes made by the committee files input acceptance of new learners and avoid manipulation of data. The method used in the process of decision support system using a model calculation of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) using design tools such as Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Software used to support this system is Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and uses a MySQL database. The criteria used in this study is the value of UN (the value of Mathemamatics, Indonesian, English, and science), interview, and achievement. The result of this study are application of methods Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to build a decision support system acceptance selection of new students at SMK YAPEK Gombong.
