ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SUPPLAY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PADA USAHA KECIL MENENGAH (Studi Kasus: Bengkel Otomotif di Cilongok)

ABSTRACT

The business process of the goods in outomotive repair shop in Cilongok still belong mannualy, order process either by the customer to the repair shop or ordering to the supplier by using PO documents sent by phone. This leads to inefficiency and ineffectiveness in the operational information that support the workshop and delays of goods to the customer. The purpose of this research is to design E-SCM (Electronic Supply Chain Management) based website to support business in the outomotive repair shop in Cilongok, which will be a means of communication, information exchange, and simplify the process of ordering and transaction by admin, buyers, and supplier. In the designing of this E-SCM website, for system development method using extreme programming method, system design using Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), program implementation using MySQL and Sublime Text 2 version 2.0.2. The result of the research conducted with the designed system E-SCM based website can facillitate information, goods and raw materials to the costumer and transaction with buyer.
