GAME 3D "PETUALANGAN SI PENYU"

ABSTRACT

Turtle is a species that lives in the ocean and be able to migrate long distances along the Indian Ocean region, the Pacific and South East Asia. Its existence has long threatened, both natural and human activities that endanger the population directly or indirectly. Sulaiman (2011) points out that turtle egg collection activities for economic purposes and meeting the needs of animal protein by the public also accelerate the pace of decline in the population of this endangered sea animals. The main reason poaching activity in general is due to its economic value, in addition to economic reasons, turtles are also used for other reasons such as the use of green turtle meat for religious ceremonies by the people of Bali, particularly the Badung. Based on the author had the idea to make the games as a public education in wildlife conservation of sea turtles. Using Multimedia development methods Devolopment¡¡Co Life Cycle. Results from this study is the 3D game called Adventure Si Penyu, with beta testing to the user on the feasibility games, found that states could not agree 36%, agree 36% expressed a neutral 28%, disagree 0%, strongly disagree 0%. Conclusion The total amount of the agreed 36% plus ang agree 36% equal with 72%, so the 3D adventure game The Turtle categorized as feasible.
