RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI TRANSAKSI PEMBAYARAN PADA CUCIAN STEAM SAMIMORO BANJARNEGARA
ABSTRAK
Steam wash is a bussiness that serves the needs of society in service or
labor to clean or treat the vehicle to always look clean and well groomed. The
power to provide services not only in terms of labor alone. It takes a good
management for planning, receipt, storage and reporting of all activities of this
service. For all of the services could be run better again expected no
computerized system. The method of data collection is done by observation,
interview techniques, technical literature and document analysis techniquesfor
system development methods while using Extreme Programming. The purpose of
this research is to make it easier to manage the Steam wash business in the
processing of the data, so that all the transaction data can be organized and can
improve the quality of customer service. Through the application of the
transaction is expected to reduce errors in data processing transactions that
could couse harm to the employer as well as addressing customer complaints. The
results of the research is the aplication of payment transactions on Steam wash
Samimoro Banjarnegara which can be used to process the transaction,
manufacture of customer payment evidence and data collection archives.
