ABSTRACT

The Goverment office of Karangtalun Lor is one of the village goverment office in the District of Purwojati, Banyumas. In the process of presence as an effort to increase discipline in Karangtalun Lor village goverment office, it is still using the manual method. By signing signature in the form of presence as a sign of the presence. But the way until now has not been effective, because they have a problem. One of the problem is, that they (the users) often sign the presence many time at once or even manipulate the presence. The purpose of this research is to create an information system Presence of village officials as an effort to increase discipline village officials in the Office of the Karangtalun Lor Purwojati. The used method in capturing the data is the case study method. And the techniques of data collection is by doing interviews, observation, documentation, and literature. While the system development method is using the waterfall. This study produced an information system of the Presence village apparatus with fingerprint and sms gateway as a daily report to the head of the village, monthly reports of indiscipline and check attendance for each officials. The results of overall testing, this system can minimize dishonest which become the case today.
