ABSTRACTS

SMK Kerabat Kita Bumiayu is one of vocational school in Brebes Regency which every year selects the chief or leader or chairman of the student Association (OSIS). The student’s chief selection is still conventionally which is called “voting”. As development of technology is very rapidly, voting amended by utilizing computer technology, mobile phones, and other electronic technology as an alternative to conventional elections called e-voting. The purpose of the research conducted by the researchers is to develop an application of e-voting in the election of the chairman of the council of high school level, especially in SMK Kerabat Kita Bumiayu as an alternative way student council president election activities and establish decision making method AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) as an alternative decision making when there results the same voice.The Development system method is made by the XP method (Extreme Programming). From this research result the application of e-voting under android-based and data processing desktop-based election preparations.
