PENERAPAN SMS GATEWAY DI CV ANUGRAH UTAMA MOTOR PURBALINGGA UNTUK CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

ABSTRACT

This research have a purpose to make SMS Gateway application, can used to communicate between buyer ang seller called "Utilizing SMS Gateway in CV. Anugerah Utama Motor Purbalingga for customer relationship management". Developing method system based on analysis, planning, implementation and testing kerangka berpikir. The output is SMS Gateway application dekstop basic are made by Visual Studio 2012 and MySQL for database. This application is made for give satisfaction for customer, and proof with black box testing till application going well and UAT for 11 respondens with 6 context application questions, a person as user and 10 peoples as customer. We get result testing for user = 50% agree, 50% extremely agree. Testing for customer = 56,7% agree, 43,7% extremely agree. Research by blackbox testing and UAT are proof that this application is suitable because appropriate with user and so do customer.
