ABSTRACT

TK Pertiwi 2 Cihonje an Early Childhood Education Unit in formal with 5-6 years of age, which is located in the hamlet Cogreg Rt 01 Rw 12 Village Cihonje, Gumelar subdistrict, Banyumas. Material taught in kindergarten are grouped in learning programs such as Religion and Morals noble, Social and Personality, Science and Technology, Aesthetics, Physical Sports and Health. The program covers the areas of development, namely Establishment of Conduct includes the values of Religious and Moral, social, emotional, and Basic Capabilities include language, cognitive, physical. In the delivery of the material with respect to the Establishment of Conduct, teachers experienced problems that teaching method still uses classical learning methods, and delivery methods with the principles of the use of information technology is still less than the maximum. That is because the teaching materials in the form of visual or audio-visual media is still lacking a lot. The purpose of the research is to build a 2D animated feature film that will be used as a medium of learning in the field of early childhood development in the formation of behavior TK Pertiwi 2 Cihonje. The method used in the development of systems in this study is the methodology Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of six stages, namely concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. Results of this research is the Animation Film 2 Dimensions "Good Leader" which will be aired to study media at TK Pertiwi 2 Cihonje using Adobe Flash Professional CS6.
