ABSTRACTS

Along with the development of more advanced age of information technology, a community service agencies are required to be able to manage transactions quickly and easily. Transactions cooperative thrift Arya Pandu Artha in management is still using the writings in the book which is then recorded on the transaction in the daily ledger. Some of the problems that often occur is a long quest customer data when the transaction that resulted in customers often complain because the transaction process takes quite a long time. Customer uninformed about the rest of the loan or installments to be paid because sometimes borrowing damaged or missing evidence. The aim of this study as one of the alternative solutions offered to resolve the issue. Based computerized system that can manage savings and loan transactions and based SMS gateway that allows customers to check the lending transaction or know the rest of the installments. System development method used in this research is to use prototype and software used is Visual Studio 2012 with a MySQL database that is Freeware. With a system that has been developed and implemented in co arya artha scout is expected to help accelerate and simplify the transaction process in data processing clerk customer transactions.
