ABSTRACT
The development of animated Film brings positive impact on the lives of human beings, especially for children. Almost all television stations now have an animated Film as its base. Education, entertainment and a range of other fields are now this is already using the Animated Film as a tool that has a very important role. system development method using the method Waterfall according to M. Suyanto inside there are three stages in producing the 2D animation in particular multimedia system. The result of the creation of "Video Animasi 2D Petualangan Qonita" which brings imagination of children belonging to the animated film itself, invite children to play while learning, and adventure.
