Sistem presensi finger print bagi guru dan pegawai SD Negeri Jipang 01

RINGKASAN: Sekolah adalah salah satu lembaga yang sangat penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Presensi merupakan salah satu aspek yang melekat terhadap guru dan pegawai yang memiliki pengaruh penting dalam proses belajar mengajar. Sistem presensi bagi guru dan pegawai SD Negeri Jipang 01 saat ini masih menggunakan cara dengan mencatat pada buku daftar hadir untuk mengetahui kehadiran para guru dan pegawai. Sistem presensi finger print ini dibuat untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru dan pegawai, mengurangi tingkat kecurangan dalam memanipulasi data dan penitipan presensi serta memberikan kemudahan dan meningkatkan keakuratan data kehadiran guru dan pegawai. Konsep penelitian yang digunakan adalah model prototype yang terdiri dari tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan pemakai yang paling mendasar, membangun prototipe, menggunakan prototipe, merevisi dan meningkatkan prototipe, dan tahapan terakhir yaitu prototipe selesai. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Visual Studio 2012. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem presensi finger print bagi guru dan pegawai. Dengan dibuatnya sistem ini diharapkan agar dapat membantu mempermudah dan mengurangi masalah-masalah bagi guru dan pegawai SD Negeri Jipang 01 dalam melakukan proses presensi.

ABSTRACT: School is one of the most important institutions in the world of education. Presence is one aspect that is inherent to the teachers and employees who have a significant influence in the learning process. Presence System for Elementary School teachers and staff Jipang 01 currently still using the notes on the attendance list to determine the presence of teachers and employees. Presence of finger print system is designed to improve the discipline of teachers and employees, reduce the level of fraud in manipulating the data and storage of presence and provide convenience and improve data accuracy attendance of teachers and employees. The concept study is a prototype model that consists of a stage of identification of the most basic needs of users, build a prototype, using a prototype, revise and improve the prototype, and the final stage is the prototype is complete. This study was made by using Visual Studio 2012. The results of this study were presence of finger print system for teachers and employees. We make this system is expected to help simplify and reduce problems for teachers and employees Jipang 01 primary schools in the process of presence.
