ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to build information system stocktaking dan lending work in the laboratory of STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto. Data collection method used in this research are interview method, observation, and documents study. While for development system method using sequensial linear method or better known by the waterfall method. Software that is used to buil a system in this research using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008, and Crystal Report 2012. A system that has been built and has been tested all features that are in the system with the result that all features have been working in accordance with its function.
