ABSTRACTS
Use Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution method for the selection of new student in Akademi Perawatan Serulingmas Maos Cilacap is a system created to replace the system of selection of new student are still using microsoft excel for the development of a better system. The study aims to design and build a decision support system for selecting new students to use TOPSIS method. The method used to develop this system is the prototype method. The results of this research is a desktop application that can assist in making decisions for selecting new students. With the application of this new system will be able to assist the user in the process of selecting new students, better search, computation, data storage, and delivery of information on prospective students accepted and not accepted.
