ABSTRACT
Delivery of goods is an effort undertaken individually or together in an organization to provide a service in the form of service delivery which in their everyday activities is not released from administration. Therefore each agency must have a working system that has more value and efficiency so that the development can be run optimally. PT . Herona Ekspress is a company engaged in the delivery of goods. Along with the increasing number of delivery orders, part of the company's operations began to difficulties in recording and storage of reports relating to the delivery of goods. With the existence of such problems requires the administration of a system which can facilitate delivery of data processing that goes on PT . Herona Ekspress.
