Abstracts Hospital is a professional health care institutions whose services are provided by physicians, nurses, and other health experts. Along with the growing importance of hospital function, then each community are expected to know the locations of the nearest hospital to his residence to anticipate things that are not desirable. Geographic Information Systems is a technology which is now a tool (tools) are very essential in storing, manipulating, analyzing and redisplay the natural conditions with the help of attribute data and spatial data. GIS can represent the real world (real world) on a computer monitor as sheet maps can represent the real world on paper. Especially in the area of Banyumas dense with population and building structure. At this time the delivery of information about hospitals is very limited, especially information that is still hard to find and hospital data is not necessarily the correct data. Problems such as that which is used to create applications that can provide information about the hospital and gave the map location of the hospital so that the users who are looking for information the hospital was clearer. In addition, applications can be made easily, anytime and anywhere, because the mobile-based applications are made. In this study the method used is the "Waterfall Method".
