Omiyage; kisah orang biasa menaklukkan tanah jepang
Detail-detail narasi yang masih hangat ini tersampaikan dengan sangat baik sehingga memudahkan para pendengar untuk turut larut dalam suasana Jepang terkini
(Atsushi Kanai - Director General The Japan Foundation, Jakarta)
Silvia watched Japanese society from the inside as an international student or a staff of pharmaceutical company in Japan. This book is her fictional autobiography while staying in Japan. I was her supervisor when she was a graduate student of Waseda University. This book vividly reminds me of those days. Although she appeared to adapt to Japanese life and looked cheerful and happy, she had complex feelings of dream, hope, disappointment, and worrying about the future. Readers will share adolescent angst. I hope this book serve to introduce Japanese culture to Indonesian people.
(Takashi Funatsu – Professor Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, The University of Tokyo, Japan)
Buku ini "a must read". Cerita dikemas dengan menarik bahkan banyak informasi yang detail mengenai Jepang dan kebudayaannya yang tidak akan ditemui di tour guide/buku2 umum mengenai Jepang (life style, study life, dll). Mau tahu kehidupan Jepang yg sebenarnya seklaigus menaklukkannya? Learn from this book... :)
(Jimmy Lawrence - mantan mahasiswa di Jepang)
