ABSTRACT
Development of information system Web-based traditional medicinal
plants is a means to deliver information about medicinal plants in Indonesia with
over the internet. Many plants that are around us that have not been in use and in
good governance, This happens because of the limited information to the
community so that they do not know and can not take advantage of the best -
good.This website collects information about the traits - plant characteristics,
content, along with a traditional herb commonly in use to prevent and cure
diseases that exist in society. To make this website interesting, interactive
facilities such as adding a guest book page, search facilities, and use the
programming language PHP and uses MySQL database which makes website
more dynamic, and the description of the use of the system that is easy to
understand, operate with a quick and interesting view .Information on this website will be up to the public, so that people know
the plant is beneficial to health and can benefit directly without needing the help
of a particular technology and not abandon aspects of hygiene and sanitation.
