The presence of information technology application programs to assist and play
an important role in human life, especially in the world of work. One of the application
program is an expert system, computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts, and
reasoning techniques in solving problems which usually can be solved only by an expert
in the field of expert systems knowdledge.Program applications are increasingly
developed into a web-based expert system with a power range broader inform the public
and can be used by people around the world. One of the application program is an expert
system, ie computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques
in solving problems that typically can only be solved by an expert in the field of
knowledge. One application of web-based expert system is primarily a psychologist in the
field of child psychology issues. Where childhood is a period that should be lived happily
and without sin, but what happens if we have children growing up is not good especially
in the development of feelings, behaviors, and emotions that are subject to change or not
fixed. Problem has resulted in the development of parents worry about the normal of the
development or emotional disorder that occurs in their children. Concerns that make the
parents became confused about what to do and how to deal with this problem, for parents
who are unable to deal with is certainly a serious problem that requires a child experts
called "child psychiatrist". But by coming to the experts that children do not cost a small
and a long time, therefore need an application that can help, one of the expert system.
