ABSTRACT
UPK is a unit of revolving fund management that belongs to locality government's program. It is established for the benefit of the administration and operational of PPK (Program Pengembangan Kecamatan). When it was founded for the first time, it has the goal to accelerate poverty reduction by lending funds to the community in order to enhance business activities. The returning of loan funds will be used to provide infrastructure and facilities for the development of economic activities in rural communities. The services, such as the process of lending transaction, payments, data processing, are still operated manually in some parts. It means that there must be error caused by human. For example, mistake in taking a note, and so on. To improve the public service, UPK decides to make it easier by using information system lending that is focused on the activities of the borrowing of funds business. This system aims to facilitate the UPK in processing the data of lending and making borrowing reports.
