ANALISIS PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP SISTEM MANAJEMEN DONOR DARAH MENGGUNAKAN UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTENCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY PADA UNIT DONOR DARAH PMI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

RINGKASAN

Salah satu aktivitas yang sudah dilaksanakan yaitu pelayanan Unit Donor Darah (UDD) yang tersebar di seluruh Indoensia. Sistem Informasi yang digunakan di UDD PMI Kabupaten Banyumas adalah Sistem Informasi Manajemen Donor Darah (SIMDONDAR). pada saat implementasi masih mengalami beberapa kendala seperti halnya pengguna salah penginputan data si pendonor, yang menyebabkan pengguna tidak menemukan data yang di minta karena tidak sesuai dengan data inputannya, sehingga menghambat proses kerja dari para karyawan dan menyebabkan proses lain tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Maka dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang digunakan untuk identifikasi tinggat penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa uji hipotesis secara keseluruhan memperoleh H1 sebesar (-361) ditolak, H2 sebesar 6,024 diterima, H3 sebesar 0,347 ditolak, H4 sebesar 3,984 diterima, H5 sebesar 3,238 diterima, H6 sebesar 18,745 diterima, dan H7 sebesar 17,711 diterima.

ABSTRACT

One of the activities that have been implemented is the service of Blood Donor Unit (UDD) that is scattered throughout Indonesia. The information system used in District PMI is the blood Donor Management Information System (SIMDONDAR). At the time of implementation is still experiencing some constraints such as the user misinput the donor data, which causes the user to not find the data requested because it does not correspond to its input data, thereby inhibiting the work process of Employees and cause other processes to not function properly. So in this research researchers use the method Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) used for the identification of the level of user acceptance of the system. The results of this study showed that the overall hypothesis test gained H1 for (-361) was rejected, an H2 of 6.024 was received, H3 by 0.347 was rejected, H4 of 3.984 received, 3.238 received, H6 amounted to 18.745 accepted, and a H7 of 17.711 received.
