ANALISIS KESESUAIAN KINERJA PENGGUNA PADA IMPLEMENTASI SIMPUS BETA DENGAN METODE TASK TECHNOLOGY FIT PADA PUSKESMAS II SUMBANG

RINGKASAN

Puskesmas II Sumbang merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan untuk kabupaten banyumas.Untuk membantu proses pengelolaan pasien, Puskesmas II Sumbang sudah mengimplementasikan sistem informasi yaitu SIMPUS Beta. Dalam implementasi terdapat masalah pada sistem antara lain pencarian yang sulit, fitur yang tidak berfungsi dan sering terjadinya kesalahan input petugas. Metode yang sesuai untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian sistem dengan kinerja pengguna adalah Task Technology Fit (TTF) yang pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh Goodhue dan Thompson tahun 1995. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan regresi linear sederhana menggunakan SPSS 23. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Task Characteristic (TAC), Technology Characteristic (TEC), Task Technology Fit (TTF), Utilization (UTIL) dan Performance Impact (PI) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesesuaian tugas pada sistem informasi puskesmas pada Puskesmas II Sumbang.

ABSTRACT


Puskesmas II Sumbang is hospital for Banyumas district. To assist the process of patient management, Puskesmas II Sumbang has implemented an information system that is the Beta Puskesmas Information System (SIMPUS). In implementation there are problems with the system including difficult searches, features that do not work and frequent errors in the input of officers. The appropriate method for evaluating the suitability of the system with user performance is Task Technology Fit (TTF) which was first introduced by Goodhue and Thompson in 1995. The analytical method used is to use simple linear regression using SPSS 23. The results of the study show that the Task Characteristic variable (TAC), Technology Characteristic (TEC), Task Technology Fit (TTF), Utilization (UTIL) and Performance Impact (PI) have an influence on the suitability of tasks in the health information system at Puskesmas II Sumbang.
