PERANCANGAN ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE SISTEM INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN TOGAF ADM DI SMA NEGERI 1 SAMPANG CILACAP

RINGKASAN

SMA Negeri 1 Sampang Cilacap adalah salah satu sekolah yang sudah menerapakan sistem informasi dalam kegiatan sehari-hari seperti sistem absensi elektronik, sistem e-raport, sistem pendaftaran siswa baru, sistem keuangan, sistem perpustakaan dan lainya, namun dalam implementasi sistem tersebut tidak adanya perancangan arsitektur aplikasi sehingga sistem tidak sesuai yang diinginkan pihak sekolah, maka dari itu perlunya perancangan arsitektur dalam mengimplementasian aplikasi yang akan digunakan oleh pihak sekolah. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah membuat rancangan arsitektur bagi sistem yang sudah ada apabila mau dikembangkan dan sistem yang akan dibuat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian mengacu pada framework TOGAF. TOGAF ini digunakan untuk mengembangkan Enterprise Architecture, dimana terdapat metode dan tools yang detail untuk mengimplementasikannya. Hasil penelitian ini berupa perancangan Blueprint dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi arsitektur informasi dan teknologi yang terintegrasi untuk mengoptimalisasi pelayanan di sekolah dan merekomendasikan sistem e-learning serta sistem lulusan dan alumni.

ABSTRACT

SMA Negeri 1 Sampang Cilacap is one of the schools that has implemented information systems in daily activities such as electronic attendance systems, report cards, new student registration systems, financial systems, library systems and others, but in the implementation of these systems there is no architectural design applications so that the system does not fit what the school wants, and therefore the need for architectural design in implementing applications that will be used by the school. The purpose of this design is to make architectural designs for existing systems if they want to be developed and the system to be made. The method used in the study refers to the TOGAF framework. This TOGAF is used to develop Enterprise Architecture, where there are detailed methods and tools to implement it. The results of this study in the form of Blueprint design can be used as a reference to provide recommendations for integrated information and technology architecture to optimize services in schools and recommend e-learning systems and graduate and alumni systems.
