RINGKASAN

Puskesmas merupakan kesatuan organisasi fungsional yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan yang bersifat menyeluruh, terpadu, merata dapat diterima dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat dengan peran serta aktif masyarakat dan menggunakan hasil pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tepat guna. kurangnya media informasi tentang alur pelayanan pasien menyebabkan mengurangi kelancaran kualitas layanan kesehatan serta masih banyak pengunjung kurang paham alur pelayanan pasien Puskesmas Patikraja, sehingga petugas harus menjelaskan kembali pengunjung yang masih kebingungan sehingga membuat antrian menjadi lebih lama serta customer service yang kesulitan dalam menyampaian informasi tata cara alur pelayanan kesehatan, untuk itu di butuhkan media informasi berupa video sinematografi untuk membantu petugas Puskesmas Patikraja dalam menjelaskan informasi tentang alur layanan kepada pasien. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pra produksi, produksi dan pasca produksi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu telah berhasil di buat video alur pelayanan pasien dengan mengimplementasikan sinematografi.

ABSTRACT

Puskesmas is a functional organizational unit that organizes comprehensive, integrated, equitable health efforts that are acceptable and affordable to the community with active community participation and use the results of the development of appropriate science and technology. the lack of information media about the flow of patient services causes a decrease in the smooth quality of health services and there are still many visitors who do not understand the flow of patient services in the Patikraja Public Health Center, so officers must re-explain visitors who are still confused so as to make the queue last longer and customer service that has difficulty in delivering information on procedures flow of health services, for that information media is needed in the form of cinematographic videos to help Patikraja Puskesmas staff in explaining information about service flow to patients. System development methods used in this study are pre-production, production and post-production. The results of this study have been successfully made videos of patient service flow by implementing cinematography.
