INTISARI
Talata Tour & Travel merupakan salah satu biro perjalanan tour yang ada di Purwokerto, yang melayani jasa paket wisata dan paket tour. Talata Tour & Travel termasuk salah satu travel yang masih kurang dalam pengembangan sistem. Saat ini, dapat dilihat dari proses transaksi pemesanan tiket masih dilakukan secara manual dan proses pemesanan tiket masih harus datang langsung ketempat. Dengan menggunakan cara yang manual tersebut, transakasi pemesanan tidak dilakukan secara cepat.
Dengan melihat permasalahan diatas, dibutuhkan pengembangan sistem informasi biro perjalanan berbasis website. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya program aplikasi ini, maka pemesanan paket wisata dan paket tour dapat dilakukan secara online tanpa harus datang langsung ke lokasi. Aplikasi ini juga diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang kerap terjadi, dan memudahkan karyawan untuk mengolah data, sehingga proses pelayanan terhadap pelanggan akan meningkat dan berjalan lebih baik dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode MVC (Model View Controller). Aplikasi Talat Tour & Travel ini nantinya memiliki fitur fitur seperti pemesanan paket wisata dan paket tour, kita dapat memesan secara online tanpa harus datang langsung ke tempat.

ABSTRACT

Talata Tour & Travel is one of the tour and travel agents in Purwokerto, which provides tour and tour package services. Talata Tour & Travel is one of the trips that is still lacking in system development. Currently, it can be seen from the ticket booking transaction process that is still done manually and the ticket booking process must still come directly to the place. By using the manual method, booking transactions are not done quickly. By looking at the problems above, it is necessary to develop a website-based travel information system. The purpose of this research is that with this application program, booking tour packages and tour packages can be done online without having to come directly to the location. This application is also expected to be able to overcome problems that often occur, and make it easier for employees to process data, so that the service process for customers will improve and run better and the method used is the MVC (Model View Controller) method. Talat Tour & Travel application will have features such as booking tour packages and tour packages, we can book online without having to come directly to the place
