INTISARI

Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia adalah lembaga negara yang melaksanakan kekuasaan negara, khususnya di bidang penuntutan. Di Indonesia, Kejaksaan RI adalah sebagai salah satu institusi penegakan hukum menyadari sepenuhnya pentingnya pengelolaan yang baik terhadap dokumentasi dan sistem informasi. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan didapatkan informasi bahwa pendataan memang menggunakan sistem komputer namun pengelolaan data invetaris barang masih menggunakan satu sistem (website) dengan web utama Kejaksaan Negeri Purwokerto sehingga membuat kendala dalam proses pengiputan data-data barang invetaris. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis sistem pendataan inventaris barang yang sedang berjalan, merancang, membangun, serta melakukan pengujian terhadap aplikasi sistem informasi pendataan inventaris barang menggunakan teknologi QR-Code berbasis android dan website pada Kejaksaan Negeri Purwokerto. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah suatu aplikasi pendataan inventaris barang menggunakan teknologi QR-Code berbasis android dan website pada Kejaksaan Negeri Purwokerto agar lebih efektif dan efisien dalam pendataan inventaris barang.

ABSTRACT

The Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia is a state institution that exercises state power, particularly in the field of prosecution. In Indonesia, the Indonesian Attorney General's Office is one of the law enforcement institutions fully aware of the importance of good management of documentation and information systems. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is obtained information that the data collection does indeed use a computer system but the inventory data management of goods still uses a system (website) with the main web of the Purwokerto District Attorney's Office so that it creates obstacles in the process of data inventorying inventory data. The purpose of this study is to analyze the inventory system data collection that is currently running, design, build, and test the inventory information system data collection applications using Android-based QR-Code technology and websites at the Purwokerto District Attorney's Office. Data collection is done by interview, documentation, and literature study. The system development method used is a waterfall. The results of this study are an inventory of data collection of goods using android-based QR-Code technology and a website at the Purwokerto District Attorney's Office to make it more effective and efficient in collecting inventory items.
