RINGKASAN


UPTD Puskesmas Padamara merupakan salah satu puskesmas di Kabupaten Purbalingga yang saat ini sudah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan Layanan Primary Care (P-CARE) sejak Tahun 2014. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap SIMPUS pada Unit Pelaksanaan Teknik Daerah (UPTD) Puskesmas Padamara, menggunakan model penerimaan tekhnologi atau Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Sumber data berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner tertutup yang berisi 26 pernyataan menggunakan skala likert. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS v23. Variabel Complexity negatif terhadap Perceived Usefulness dengan nilai thitung 1,199, Variabel Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Usefulness dengan nilai thitung 25,618, Variabel Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh terhadap Attitude Toward Using dengan nilai thitung 3,752, Variabel Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude Toward Using dengan nilai thitung 2,501, Variabel Voluntariness berpengaruh positif terhadap Behavioral Intenion to Use dengan nilai thitung 2,525, Variabel Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh terhadap Behavioral Intenion to Use dengan nilai thitung 3,356, Variabel Attitude Toward Using berpengaruh negatif terhadap Behavioral Intenion to Use dengan nilai thitung 1,747, Variabel Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh positif terhadap Actual Technology Use dengan nilai thitung 3,126, Variabel Behavioral Intenion to Use berpengaruh positif terhadap Actual Technology Use dengan nilai thitung 3,028, dan Variabel Complexity berpengaruh negatif terhadap Voluntatriness dengan nilai thitung 0,306.

ABSTRACT


Padamara Puskesmas UPTD is one of the Puskesmas in Purbalingga Regency which has now implemented a Management Information System for the Health Care Administration of Primary Care Services (P-CARE) since 2014. The study aims to determine the level of user acceptance of SIMPUS in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) ) Puskesmas Padamara, uses a technology acceptance model or TAM. The data source comes from the distribution of closed questionnaires containing 26 statements using a Likert scale. The data obtained is then processed using SPSS v23 software. Negative Complexity Variable on Perceived Usefulness with tcount 1,199, Perceived Ease of Use Variable has positive effect on Perceived Usefulness with tcount value 25,618, Perceived Usefulness variable influences Attitude Toward Using with tcount 3,752, Perceived Ease of Use Variable has positive effect on Attitude Toward Using tcount with a tcount of 2.501, the Voluntariness variable has a positive effect on Behavioral Intenion to Use with a tcount of 2.525, the Perceived Usefulness variable has an effect on the Behavioral Intenion to Use with a tcount of 3.356, the Attitude Toward Using Variable has a negative effect on the Behavioral Intenion to Use with a tcount of 1.747, Variable Perceived Usefulness has a positive effect on Actual Technology Use with a tcount value of 3.126, the Behavioral Inference to Use variable has a positive effect on Actual Technology Use with a tcount value of 3.028, and the Complexity Variable has a negative effect if with respect to voluntatiness with a tcount of 0.306.
