Rancang Bangun Prototipe Penghitungan Benih Ikan Gurami Menggunakan Sensor Fototransistor dan Infrared LED (Studi kasus: CV. Prana Siswa Desa Beji)

RINGKASAN

Subsektor budidaya perikanan air tawar di Desa Beji memiliki peran strategis dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Ikan sebagai sumber bahan makanan karena rasanya yang enak dan memiliki berbagai manfaat. Permintaan pasar yang cukup tinggi terhadap ikan gurami membuat Desa Beji diapresiasi oleh pemerintah sebagai sentra budidaya pembenihan ikan gurami salah satunya di CV. Prana Siswa. Terdapat beberapa kendala di CV. Prana Siswa khususnya dalam penjualan benih ikan gurami yaitu ketika proses penghitungan benih ikan masih secara manual, yang menyebabkan kelelahan serta ketidakakuratan hasil penghitungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian berfokus di CV. Prana Siswa Desa Beji. Metode pengujian menggunakan blackbox yang berfokus pada fungsi khusus pada alat yang dirancang. Adapun metode perancangan yaitu prototype. Dengan menggunakan alat penghitung benih ikan gurami menggunakan sensor fototransistor dan infrared led. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh rata-rata keakuratan penghitungan benih ikan gurami yaitu sebesar 97,9% dari sampel perhitungan.

ABSTRACT

The freshwater aquaculture subsector in Beji Village has a strategic role in meeting the economic needs of the community. Fish as a source of food because it tastes good and has various benefits. The high market demand for gouramy has made Beji Village appreciated by the government as a center for gouramy hatchery cultivation, one of which is in CV. Student Prrana. There are several obstacles in the CV. Prana Students, especially in the sale of gouramy seeds, namely when the process of counting fish seeds is still manually, which causes fatigue and inaccuracies in the calculation results. This study uses qualitative research with the location of the study focused on the CV. Beji Village Student Prana. The testing method uses a blackbox that focuses on the specific functions of the tool being designed. The design method is prototype. By using a gouramy seed counter using a phototransistor sensor and infrared led. The results of tests conducted in this study, obtained an average accuracy of gouramy seed calculation that is equal to 97.9% of the calculation sample.
