RINGKASAN

STMIK Amikom Purwokerto merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang berorientasi pada trend TI, Salah satu pendukung trend TI yang digunakan sebagai solusi dalam menghadapi persaingan adalah dengan penerapan sistem informasi secara optimal. salah satu sistem informasi yang digunakan yaitu sistem informasi penerimaan mahasiwa baru (SI PMB) pada bagian HUMAS dan Kerjasama. Penerapan sistem informasi tidak dapat lepas dari adanya sebuah risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja sistem tersebut. Salah satu risiko yang ada pada SI PMB adalah tidak dimunculkannya notifikasi dan lampiran hasil tes tertulis kepada calon mahasiwa baru dan pewawancara sehingga dapat menimbulkan risiko calon mahasiwa baru dapat salah dalam mempertimbangan program studi yang akan diambil. Belum adanya standar operasional prosedur untuk menangani risiko tersebut sehingga penanganan risiko tersebut menjadi kurang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework COBIT 5 yang difokuskan pada domain EDM dan APO dengan sub domain masing-masing EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimisation) dan APO12(Manage Risk) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kapabilitas proses EDM03 dan APO12 pada organisasi saat ini dan merumuskan langkah-langkah perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencapai target yang diharapkan. Hasil perhitungan capability level pada masing-masing domain yaitu EDM03 berada pada level 2 (Manage Process) dan pada domain APO12 berada pada level 1 (Performed Process).

ABSTRACT

STMIK Amikom Purwokerto is one of the IT-oriented colleges. One of the IT trend supporters that is used as a solution to face competition is the optimal application of information systems. one of the information systems used is the new student admission system (SI PMB) in the Public Relations and Cooperation section. The application of information systems cannot be separated from the existence of a risk that can affect the performance of the system. One of the risks is not issuing a notification and attaching the results of a written test to prospective new students and interviewers so that it can pose a risk for new student candidates to be wrong in considering the study program to be taken. The absence of operational standard procedures to deal with these risks so that the handling of these risks becomes optimal. This study uses the COBIT 5 framework which is focused on domain EDM and APO with the respective sub domains of EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimization) and APO12 (Manage Risk) in order to determine the level of capability of the EDM03 and APO12 processes in the current organization and formulate corrective steps that can be done to achieve the expected target. The results of calculation of capability level in each domain, namely EDM03 are at level 2 (Manage Process) and in APO12 domains are at level 1 (Performed Process).
