RINGKASAN


Pada era modern saat ini, salah satu kebutuhan yang sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan yaitu sistem informasi. Efektivitas dan efisiensi dari proses bisnis perusahaan akan meningkat seiring dengan diterapkannya sistem informasi tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat kesuksesan Pengguna SIMPUS Pada Puskesmas Adipala II menggunakan model Delone and Mclean dengan cara mengetahui variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh dalam kesuksesan penerapan SIMPUS. Untuk menganalisis penerimaan pengguna SIMPUS di Puskesmas adipala unit II digunakan metode Delone and Mclean terdiri dari 6 konstruk atau varibel pengukuran Hasil yang di peroleh dari penelitian ini adalah dapat mengetahui variabel yang paling cocok di gunakan untuk sistem manajemen puskesmas adipala II dan hasil uji Variabel System Quality,Information Quality and Service Quality terhadap User Satisfaction, memiliki pengaruh paling tinggi sebesar 12,69% untuk meningkatkan penerimaan sistem sehingga rekomendasi penelitian lebi-h diarahkan pada variabel tersebut.

ABSTRACT

In the modern era, one of the most important needs in an organization or company is information systems. The effectiveness and efficiency of the company's business processes will increase along with the implementation of the information system. The purpose of this study is to measure the success level of SIMPUS Users at the Adipala II Health Center using the Delone and Mclean model by knowing which variables are most influential in the successful implementation of SIMPUS. To analyze the acceptance of SIMPUS users at the Health Center adipala unit II, the Delone and Mclean method consists of 6 constructs or measurement variables. The results obtained from this study are able to find out the most suitable variables used for the adipala II health center management system and the Quality System Variable test results. , Information Quality and Service Quality on User Satisfaction, has the highest effect of 12.69% to increase system acceptance so that research recommendations are more directed at these variables.
