RINGKASAN

Setiap Rumah Sakit wajib menyelenggarakan Sistem Infromasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS), berdasarkan peraturan dari BPJS Kesehatan SIMRS yang dimiliki RS harus terintegrasi dengan aplikasi. RSU Bunda Purwoketo salah satu rumah sakit yang sedang mengembangkan SIMRS terintegrasi BPJS, dalam pengembangannya pihak rumah sakit berinvestasi cukup besar sehingga ada tuntutan dari stakeholder agar SIMRS versi 2 yang dimiliki RSU Bunda Purwokerto mampu memenuhi tujuan organisasi dalam proses bisnisnya dengan cara audit SIMRS menggunakan COBIT 5. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menilai level capability yang dimiliki oleh RSU Bunda Purwokerto dengan membagikan kuesioner dari domain process COBIT 5 yang ditentukan dengan cara menentukan cascade goals yang kemudian diberikan rekomendasi agar mencapai level yang lebih tinggi dari didapatkan. Hasil Capability level dari audit SIMRS di RSU Bunda Purwokerto adalah level 3 atau Established Process.

Kata Kunci: COBIT 5, Cabality Level, Cascade Goals.


ABSTRACT

Every hospital is required to organize a hospital management information system (SIMRS), based on the regulations of the BPJS Health SIMRS owned by the hospital must be integrated with the application. Bunda Purwoketo Hospital is one of the hospitals that are developing integrated BPJS SIMRS, in its development the hospital invests large enough so that there are demands from stakeholders so that SIMRS version 2 owned by the Bunda Purwokerto General Hospital is able to meet organizational goals in its business processes by auditing SIMRS using COBIT 5 The study was conducted by assessing the capability level possessed by the Bunda Purwokerto General Hospital by distributing questionnaires from the COBIT 5 domain process which was determined by determining the cascade goals which were then given recommendations to reach a higher level than obtained. The results of the Capability level from the SIMRS audit at Bunda Purwokerto Hospital are level 3 or Established Process.
