Penerapan Metode Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) Dalam Pemilahan Dosen Berprestasi (Studi Kasus: STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto)

RINGKASAN
Penilaian kinerja dosen merupakan suatu proses dimana lembaga melakukan evaluasi atau menilai kinerja dosen atau mengevaluasi hasil pekerjaan dosen. Proses penentuan dosen berprestasi dari hasil penilaian kinerja dosen di STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019 semester ganjil, yaitu penilaian kinerja dosen berdasarkan aktivitas dosen yang dilakukan selama satu semester dengan memberikan data-data pendukung terkait aktivitas Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi. Sudah selayaknya pemberian penghargaan diberikan kepada dosen yang memiliki prestasi dalam bidang tridarma perguruan tinggi. Hal tersebut akan mendorong dosen untuk berprestasi secara lebih produktif sehingga diharapkan mampu mendorong tercapainya tujuan pengembangan sistem pendidikan tinggi khususnya di STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu menerapkan model matematika Promethee ke dalam aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan untuk rekomendasi penentuan Dosen Berprestasi. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, yaitu aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Promethee, diharapkan mampu membantu pihak Program Studi dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan Dosen Berprestasi. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari Pengumpulan Data, Evaluasi alternatif terahadap kriteria, Rekomendasi fungsi preferensi,Menentukan indeks preferensi multikriteria, Menghitung Leaving flow, entering flow, dan net flow, Perankingan dengan Promethee I dan II.

ABSTRACT
Lecturer performance assessment is a process where the institution evaluates or evaluates the performance of the lecturer or evaluates the work results of the lecturer. The process of determining outstanding lecturers from the results of lecturers' performance appraisals at STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto in the 2018/2019 academic year is odd, which is the performance evaluation of lecturers based on lecturer activities conducted for one semester by providing supporting data related to the Tridarma activities of Higher Education. It is appropriate for awards to be given to lecturers who have achievements in the field of higher education tridarma. This will encourage lecturers to achieve more productively so that they are expected to be able to encourage the achievement of the goal of developing a higher education system, especially in STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto. The purpose of this study is to apply the Promethee mathematical model to the decision support system application for recommendations on determining Lecturers with Achievement. The benefits obtained from this study, namely the decision support system application with the Promethee method, are expected to be able to assist the Study Program in making decisions to determine the Lecturers with Achievement. Stages of research begin with Data Collection, Evaluate alternatives against criteria, Recommend preference functions, Determine multicriteria preference index, Calculate Leaving flow, entering flow, and net flow, Ranking with Promethee I and II.
