Aplikasi Pengolahan Data poin Pelanggaran Siswa Berbasis Website Responsif Terintegrasi SMS Gateway (Studi Kasus: SMA N 1 Purwareja Klampok)

RINGKASAN
Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 39 Tahun 2008 tentang Pembinaan Kesiswaan menyatakan bahwa untuk mengembangkan potensi siswa sesuai dengan fungsi dan tujuan pendidikan nasional, yaitu siswa yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab, diperlukan pembinaan kesiswaan secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan. Salah satu jenis kegiatan pembinaan kesiswaan adalah pembinaan budi pekerti luhur atau akhlak mulia. Namun pada kenyataannya tingkat etika moral siswa di sekolah tidak seperti yang diharapkan, seperti penyimpangan berbagai norma kehidupan, agama dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu merancang dan membangun aplikasi pengolahan data poin pelanggaran siswa berbasis website responsif dan implementasi SMS gateway sebagai fitur untuk memberikan laporan pelanggaran siswa dan sebagai media monitoring orang tua terhadap anaknya disekolah. Peneliti dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kuisioner, dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Extreme Programing (XP). Hasil pengujian blackbox terhadap aplikasi menunjukkan hampir semua fitur berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai harapan penulis. Pengujian Acceptance Testing berupa kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 127 responden didapatkan persentase sebesar 91,84% dan tergolong dalam kriteria sangat baik. Maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan aplikasi pengolahan data poin pelanggaran siswa berbasis web responsif terintegrasi SMS Gateway sudah layak diterapkan di SMA Negeri 1 Purwareja Klampok.

ABSTRACT
Minister of National Education Regulation No. 39 of 2008 concerning Student Development states that to develop the potential of students in accordance with the functions and objectives of national education, namely students who believe and fear the Almighty God, are noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and being a democratic and responsible citizen, systematic and continuous student development is needed. One type of student coaching activity is fostering noble character or noble character. But in reality the level of moral ethics of students in school is not as expected, such as deviations from various norms of life, religion and social society. The purpose of this study is to design and build a violation point data processing application and monitoring attendance based on responsive website and the implementation of the SMS gateway as a feature to provide reports of student violations and as a media for monitoring parents of their children in school. The researcher in collecting data uses observation, interview, documentation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The system development method used is the Extreme Programing (XP) method. The results of the blackbox test on the application show that almost all features are running well and according to the expectations of the author. Acceptance Testing Testing in the form of a questionnaire with a sample of 126 respondents obtained a percentage of 91.84% and classified as very good criteria. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of violation data processing points and monitoring of attendance of integrated SMS Gateway web-based responsive students is feasible to be applied in Purwareja Klampok 1 Public High School.
