Desa adalah unit terkecil pemerintahan yang secara hukum diakui oleh pemerintah Indonesia. salah satu tugas emerintah adalah memberikan pelayanan administrasi kepada penduduknya. dalam melakukan pengurusan surat-surat di kantor desa atau kelurahan ada beberapa permasalahn yang dihadapi oleh instansi pemerintahan desa dimana proses pelayanan surat menyurat masih menggunkaan cara konvensional, belum lagi petugas harus mencatatt dat apemohon kedalam buku besar. sedangkan yang dirasakan warga dalam melakukamn pengurusan surat-surat di aktor desa menjadi suatu hal yang sulit, apalagi jika memiliki kesibukan di tempat kerja, sehingga waktu yang dimiliki untuk mengurus surat-surat tidak terlalu banyak. dari hasil penelitian, desa Purwodadi membutuhkan administrasi secara online melalui aplikasi sistem berbasis web. permohonan yang dibuat akan diproses oleh operator di kantor desa purwodadi, kemudian masyarakat dapat mengambil surat yang diajukan di kantor desa. diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan layanan yangdisediakan oleh kantor desa purwodadi.
ABSTRACT

The village is the smallest unit of government legally recognized by the Indonesian government. One of the tasks of the government is to provide administrative services to its residents. In managing the letters in the Village office there are some problems faced by the village government agency where the process of correspondence service is still using conventional way, not to mention the officer must record the applicant data into the ledger. While the perceived citizens in the management of letters in the Village office can be a difficult thing, especially if you have busy in the workplace, so the time is owned to take care not too many letters. From the results of the research, Desa Purwodadi needs an information system to facilitate village administration services to be more effective and efficient. This created system can serve online administration applications via web-based application system. The application made will be processed by the Operator at the Purwodadi Village office, then the public can retrieve a letter requested in the Village Office. It is expected that this research can improve the service provided by the Purwodadi Village office..
