RINGKASAN

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Sriwijaya 3 Lumbir adalah sekolah lanjutan atas yang mempunyai visi berprestasi, profesional, mandiri dan mampu berkompetisi dan salah satu misinya adalah sistem pembelajaran yang mengacu pada perkembangan IPTEK serta dunia usaha dan dunia industri. Agar implementasi SI/TI di SMK Sriwijaya 3 Lumbir efektif dan efisien, maka perlu dibuat perencanaan strategis SI/TI (Sistem Informasi atau Teknologi Informasi). Penelitian difokuskan pada perencanaan strategi SI/TI terkait dengan SMK Sriwijaya 3 Lumbir mengenai gambaran blueprint, arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi dan arsitektur teknologi dengan berdasarkan pada kerangka kerja Zachman. Metode yang digunakan adalah EAP (Enterprise Architecture Planning) yang mana mendefinisikan arsitektur enterprise ke dalam tiga arsitek yaitu arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi. Selanjutnya merumuskan strategi SI untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnisnya dengan memanfaatkan alat bantu analisis rantai nilai (value chain analysis) dan menggunakan model siklus (four stage life cycle analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah usulan blueprint perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dengan tujuan membantu pihak sekolah untuk menghasilkan sebuah gambaran penggunaan sistem informasi sesuai dengan proses bisnis dan visi misi SMK Sriwijaya 3 Lumbir

ABSTRACT
Sriwijaya Vocational High School 3 Lumbir is a high school that has a vision of achievement, professional, independent and able to compete and one of its mission is a learning system that refers to the development of IPTEK as well as the business world and the industrial world. In order to implement SI / IT in SMK Sriwijaya 3 Lumbir effectively and efficiently, it is necessary to make SI / IT strategic planning (Information Systems or Information Technology). The research focused on planning SI / IT strategies related to SMK Sriwijaya 3 Lumbir on the description of blueprint, data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture based on the framework of Zachman. The method used is EAP (Enterprise Architecture Planning) which defines enterprise architecture into three architects, namely data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. Furthermore, formulating SI strategies to support its business activities by utilizing value chain analysis tools and using the four-stage life cycle analysis. The result of this research is a blueprint of strategic information system planning with the aim of assisting the school to produce a picture of the use of information system in accordance with the business processes and mission vision of SMK Sriwijaya 3 Lumbir
