Analisis Penerimaan Sistem Informasi E-Office di DPRD Kabupaten Banyumas Menggunakan Technology Acceptane Model (TAM)

RINGKASAN

DPRD Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan Lembaga Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah yang berkedudukan sebagai unsur penyelenggara pemerintahan daerah sebagai representasi rakyat, DPRD kabupaten Banyumas mempunyai fungsi legislasi, anggaran dan pengawasan. Untuk membantu proses pengiriman dan penerimaan surat digunakan aplikasi E-Office untuk memudahkan transaksi. Ada kendala dalam penggunakan aplikasi E-Office yaitu adanya gangguan jaringan informasi menyebabkan keterlambatan proses surat-menyurat menjadi terganggu, banyaknya karyawan yang belum bisa menggunakan aplikasi dengan baik, belum ada laporan statistik pengiriman surat menyurat. Metode yang menggunakan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) sebagai metode analisisnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah semua variabel yang di uji H0 ditolak, H1 diterima artinya semua variabel memiliki signifikasi positif.

ABSTRACT
Banyumas Regency Parliament is a Regional People's Legislative Assembly domiciled as an element of local government as a representation of the people, Banyumas district parliament has the functions of legislation, budget and supervision. To help the process of sending and receiving mail used E-Office application to facilitate the transaction. There are savings in the use of E-Office applications that the existence of network disturbance information causes the delay in the correspondence process becomes a nuisance, the number of employees who have not been able to use the application well, there has been no statistical reports sending correspondence. The method used is TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) as the method of analysis. The results of this study are all variables tested H0 rejected, H1 accepted all variables have a positive significance.
