ABSTRACT

Presence and payroll process on Ono Self-service Sidareja still use manual by writing the full name, signature and time presences on presensi book that has been provided and for the payroll process must write the full name, basic salary, allowances and salary deductions that run on the payroll book. The problems that arise in the presence is the presence of presense and presenting process of presenting and paying monthly which takes a lot of time. The purpose of this research is to make attendance information system with fingerprint identification model to monitor employee performance in Ono Swalayan Sidareja and followed by payroll process. The system development method used is the extreme programming method with the planning, design, coding and testing phases and for the design using DFD and ERD. The software used to develop the system using visual studio 2012 and MySQL. The result of this research is presence and payroll system can improve the discipline especially in terms of employee monitoring and is expected to assist officer in completing the work, and can minimize the level of mistake made by the officer in processing presense and payroll employees.
