RINGKASAN

Penelitian ini membahas tentang tata kelola teknologi informasi di SMK N 1 Purbalingga dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan dan efektifitas pencapaian tujuan diterapkannya teknologi informasi di SMK N 1 Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan model capability pada framework COBIT 5.0 dan metode pengumpulan data seperti dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Enterprise Goal Oprational and Staff Productivity dengan 9 proses sub domain yang teridentifikasi yaitu APO 01 berada pada level 3, APO 12 berada pada level 2, APO 13 berada pada level 2, BAI 09 berada pada level 3, BAI 10 berada pada level 3, DSS 05 berada pada level 3, MEA 02 berada pada level 4.
Hasil perhitungan capability level di SMK N 1 Purbalingga berada di level 3 artinya organisasi sudah mempunyai unit kerja beserta struktur organisasinya terkait aktivitas teknologi informasi selain itu organisasi sudah mempunyai standar khusus (SOP) yang didefinisikan dari kebijakan terkait aktivitas operasional dan pengembangan teknologi informasi.

ABSTRACT

This study discusses the governance of information technology in SMK Negeri Purbalingga with the aim to determine the level of ability and effectiveness of the achievement of the goal of information technology in SMK N 1 Purbalingga. The researchers used a capability model on the COBIT 5.0 framework. The author uses data collection methods such as literature study, observation, interviews and questionnaires. This study focuses on Enterprise Goal Oprational and Staff Productivity with 9 sub-domains process identified APO 01 is at level 3, APO 12 is at level 2, APO 13 is at level 2, BAI 09 is on level 3, BAI 10 is at level 3, DSS 05 is at level 3, MEA 02 is at level 4.
The calculation of capability level in SMK N 1 Purbalingga is at level 3 means that the organization already has a work unit and its organizational structure related to information technology activities besides that the organization already has a special standard (SOP) which is defined from the policy related to operational activities and information technology development.
