Perbandingan Performa Algoritma Random Forest dan Cart Untyk Mendiagnosis Penyakit Liver
ABSTRACT
Hepatitis or liver inflammation is one of many types of liver disease (fatty liver) and liver cancer (cirrhosis). Liver disease or hepatitis is caused by a viral infection, bacteria, or toxic substances so the liver does not perform its function properly. In conducting a diagnosis of liver disease the doctor should ask some questions to the patient. The patient should also perform a blood test to detect liver disease. Mistakes in diagnosing illness and determining drug consumption can cause harm to the health of the patient and may even lead to death. Therefore researchers and practitioners focused on making a diagnosis of liver disease. The method used in this research is to use the comparison of accuracy between Random Forest Algorithm and CART Algorithm using dataset taken from UCI dataset repository Indian Liver patient Dataset consisting of clinical data of patients who detected positive and negative liver disease. The results obtained from the comparison of both methods show that the accuracy of the Random Forest method is better used in this study because it has an accuracy of 72.5557%. while CART only shows 70.1543%. from these results it can be concluded that to make a diagnosis on liver disease by doing comparison Random Forest with CART more accurate using Random Forest Algorithm implementation.
