Evaluasi Usability Pada Student Service Center STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto
RINGKASAN
UPT IT (Unit Pelaksana Teknis) Teknologi Informasi STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto telah mengembangkan beberapa sistem informasi akademik yang salah satunya dikhususkan untuk mahasiswa yaitu Student Service Center. Mengingat interaksi langsung Student Service Center dengan mahasiswa aktif tahun 2014 sampai 2017 tersebut, dirasa perlu dilakukan evaluasi dalam hal usability pada Student Service Center. Semakin baik kualitas suatu sistem, semakin banyak dan sering sistem tersebut digunakan. Evaluasi diharapkan benar-benar dilakukan dengan baik mengingat pentingnya usability. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendapat dari Jacob Nielsen (1993) yang memiliki kriteria usability yang ideal yaitu learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, dan satisfaction. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kegunaan dari Student Service Center STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto dengan menggunakan Faktor Usability Nielsen Model. Penentuan Perhitungan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengacu pada Kriteria skor rata-rata variabel dari Sugiyono (2010) mengatakan skor 2,76-3,50 memiliki kategori Cukup dan skor 3,51-4,25 memiliki kategori Tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tingkat usability keseluruhan menunjukkan nilai 3,33. Ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat usabilitas cukup sehingga dapat dikatakan sistem Student Service Center sudah user friendly dan cukup memiliki tingkat kegunaan dari pengguna. Sementara masing-masing kriteria usabilitas seperti Learnability (3,51) memiliki kriteria baik, sedangkan untuk Efficiency (3,26), memorability (3,47),Tingkat kesalahan (Error) sistem (3,20) dan Satisfaction (3,16) memiliki kriteria yang cukup dalam penggunaan Student Service Center.

ABSTRACT
UPT IT (Technical Implementation Unit) Information Technology STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto has developed some academic information system which one of them is devoted to the student that is Student Service Center. Given the direct interaction of the Student Service Center with active students from 2014 to 2017, it is deemed necessary to evaluate the usability of the Student Service Center. The better the quality of a system, the more often and often the system is used. Evaluation is expected to be really well done given the importance of usability. This study uses the opinion of Jacob Nielsen (1993) which has the ideal usability criteria of learningability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of usefulness of Student Service Center STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto using Nielsen Model Usability Factor. Determination of Calculation using IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The results of this study refers to the criteria score average of the variables of Sugiyono (2010) said the score of 2.76-3.50 has the category Enough and the score of 3.51-4.25 has High category. The results of this study is the overall usability level shows the value of 3.33. This shows that the system has enough reusability level so that it can be said that the Student Service Center system is user friendly and has enough usability level from the user. While each reusability criterion such as Learnability (3.51) has good criteria, while for Efficiency (3.26), memorability (3.47), System error rate (3.20) and Satisfaction (3.16 ) has sufficient criteria in the use of the Student Service Center.
